Recipes made from canned tins

came across a site called Canned Food Uk (www.cannedfood.co.uk) - phoned them up on Friday and asked if they had any recipes for dishes to be made from canned tins and on Saturday got in the mail a recipe book, a 10 minute tasters dvd for a guide to CAN-venient healthy eating and also a phamplet for U.Can outdoors recipes.

So happy - got it for free, the very next day after phoning them up and asking for it.

Now have some recipe ideas for some yummy dishes to make with all the canned food I'm storing.
