Post by edward.21 »

hi
these seeds look like a realy good food for storage full of goodness long shelf life, there is a saying that goes ''a teaspoon of chia seeds can sustain you all day'' while i cant comment on that i have been eating a teaspoon a day (with other things of course  ) and i have had a noticable improvement. do google search for them and make your own mind up all i can say is i'm putting some aside for a rainy day.
good luck

Ive just started taking these!! Great to mix in with the porridge on a morning. I also read you cna survive on just one tea spoon a day! They were more valuable then gold with the aztecs, trade in chia seeds! :D

Where do you get yours from and how much are they?

You said you have had a noticable improvement. In what? Energy, weight loss, sex drive, miles per gallon?

I think they look very interesting and I will definately be giving them a bit of research.
Thanks for the info.

Be lucky (and improved)
