Honestly? I've no idea how to make one and even less idea of what I would do with it.

Totally with the 'don't know what I'd do with it' for an EDC - whistle, yes, ResQme, yes. What kind of scenario are we talking about? It'd be really interesting, because maybe I *do* need it! Just don't know right now.

Hi
Simply a broken boot lace during a hike could cause problems without some kind of easy replacement.

Tying up an exhaust if a bracket breaks, tying a broken shoe-lace, make-shift sling, repairing a bag strap, just a few 'out of the box' ideas on when it could be handy in an 'urban' environment...

Re: paracord bracelet
That bloke in Man woman wild, replaces the laces in their boots with paracord before they go anywhwere, they still work without laces, i'm not against carrying some paracord it's great stuff, but not keen on wearing anything else on my wrist, hey how about survival underwear
flint and magnesium paracord, whatever you feel you need, paracord thongs.
No seriously I could cope with something like an adaptation of an archery arm guard with a small bag of tricks built into other side and I suppose a paracord bracelet could come in very handy as an extra thing to have about your person so don't let my sense of humour put you off

I have a strategy, it's not written in stone, nor can it be, this scenario has too many variables, everything about it depends on those variables, being specific is not possible.
