Re: paracord bracelet
You can buy Para cord Bracelets for a pound on ebay so i thought id give it a try even got a whistle on mine. They are not helpful to have on in your every day life, as they make your wrists too big to go in your pockets so in an emergency my wrist is now cumbersome. They are just too bulky can't even get my sleeves over them.
Great in theory but practical value is not good.

See, conversely I've worn one every day for about 2 years (minus one or two days) and I've never had any problems with wearing one.Bear86 wrote:You can buy Para cord Bracelets for a pound on ebay so i thought id give it a try even got a whistle on mine. Re: paracord bracelet
i know its abit strange but i have this weird OCD like obsession with making a noose out of string or cable or whatever seems to work. and paracord is excellent for making a hanging round your neck knot. btw dont make one and see if it works to hang yourself with. it will and its a stupid idea!! (thats for all the kids reading this)

As i found the bracelets extremely large always rolling up and down wrist they seem to be a standard 9 inches when you need no more than 8 inches

I made my own, rather than buying one. It had a simple snap clip too which was slightly curved and fits to the profile of my wrist.
Could happily get my hands in my jeans pockets or trousers..maybe I've got skinny wrists?! Lol!
