I've got one of those solar showers, the thick plastic with a little tiny shower attachment at the end. Its difficult, but it works. Kind of!

Solar showers work well in places like Afghanistan, hot during the day. When the cold evening ensues the water from those has heated to pretty hot!

They guess they would need most of the day out in UK sun!
