Hi all! I've been prepping on and off for several years now and feel it's time to join a community to make sure I'm doing the right things for the right reasons! I say on and off, because there are times when I felt there's no need to be doing this and you get swallowed up by the mechanisms that are in place to make you think and feel just that. Then common sense hits you in the face like a big, wet kipper and you realise you were right all along!
So looking forward to learning some new things and re-learning that which I thought I did know, but probably didn't!
