I have just finished reading LIVING OFF THE LAND by Chris Mcnab (ISBN: 978-1-59921-068-1) ,I am going to try and give the positives first , Its a book so it burns .This book is a low copy rehash of the L.Wiseman SAS Survival guide without the Shelter section.Also the Plant guide is almost useless in the uk. to be honest This site and you tube is a better source of info ,Save your cash !
