heres just a few in this book in the contents:

Farming: (beekeeping, Dry-stone wall building, milking a cow and many more)

Hunting:(Tracking animals, making bows and arrows, making fishing nets, many more)

Food and Drink (making cheese, butter beer, smoking and pickling.

Home and Garden (making soap, oil/fat lamps

Blacksmithing, rope making etc

just to say this book is very good for those wishing to learn a few things that would make life easy in the wilds.

In three words I can sum up everything I have learned about life: It goes on.

Robert Frost.
