B&Q hand crank lanterns

Post by dead-man-walking »

just picked up a couple of clearance handcrank 5 led lanterns, previously £18 now £5 each was just a few dumped on a shelf, so no idea if just my store

ideal for a quick safe and portable light as they claim to give 10 mins+ of light for 30 secs of winding

ill still be looking for a more permanent alternative such as tillys or hurricane ones

I had a cheap wind up lantern before that went belly up quickly.

Freeplay seems to be the best company who makes wind up lanterns but they are pricey.

If your cheap one has a power in socket, maybe rig up a back up battery system for it?

and for the price of a KFC bucket, jobs a good un
