I also like your BOL, although you may want to set up some kind of security perimeter in a location like that, plenty of opportunity to be scouted without you noticing. (friendly advice, if you have this already, good on you).
The perimeter is completly surounded by a 9 foot fence,barbed wire on the top and the gate constantly locked aside from people who rent units there. It is an old mod site and is well protected from the outside world. You would have to know of it to get to it and then even if you did you wouldn't get through the gates. You could probably eventuly cut through the fence but you can see the hole fence from my BOL so I would see them cuming. I also have other plans that would go in place in a SHTF situation so I'm pretty confident no one would get in unless I wanted them to. Intruders would have to introduce themselves to my dogs Rocky and Pixs and there are very fusy dogs of whom they like
