Re: ventolin
I always keep one in my EDC and I make sure I have at least one or two handy in case I get ill with a bad cold or flu and over winter because the cold makes my asthma worse. But I don't really need them much now I'm on the purple inhaler - it's flippin' magic!
I'm trying to build up better stores of all my prescription meds anyway, not for barter, but for the sake of my own health!

I didn't realise ventolin could be bought over the counter in Europe...bigdan wrote: i often get a couple of spares over the counter in europe on holidays. but as luck would have it im down to the prescription issue.

Re: ventolin
I have a few spares that should last a while. I also use a Seretide preventer inhaler which helps a lot, but what happens when these run out, might be good to look at natural remedies.
I have heard that Cayenne Pepper helps keeps airways open to an extent. I'm also looking at breathing exercises.
