Hi I'm a ex-army paramedic from the edinburgh area. Until a few weeks ago I would not have called myself a prepper. I don't really expect any particular problem to hit us. But after the life I have led I do believe that you should be ready for anything. And when I started to look at some of the things I have around the house I have something to assist in most situations be it a bit of civil unrest to the break down of society as we know it.

Am happy to help anyone and share all I know. Knowlage is power but only if enough of you have it.
Give a man fire and he will be warm for a day..
Set him on fire and he will be warm for the rest of his life..
