River Cottage Handbook No.5: Edible Seashore

Post by Stray »

Just bought the "River Cottage Handbook No.5: Edible Seashore" and so far, so very good indeed. I've spent more time researching inland foraging, so this has been a nice change, and gave me food for thought (and stomach!)

That's a book I'd like to get sometime. I have some other River Cottage books and enjoy them, and I'm very ignorant of coastal food.

I have some River cottage books they have a good one on preserves. Also I would recommend some of the early river cottage dvd's as he forages alot from the land in these rather than his garden :) A cook on the wild side are good for getting to know some wild gathering staples.
