What a simple idea! 50 shelters, only 50" high unassembled has massive potential for emergency use.

Very smart. The only thing for emergencies I could think of would be to have a larger version for families. I would want to stay close to my kids if we ended up in a situation needing us to rely on shelters like those. For single homeless people it looks absolutely brilliant. Well done!

I like the idea, but cant get my head round the holes that the cable ties go through not letting water in?

Also a family sized one would be what i want, but yes i like it, a little modern anderson shelteresque.

He does state he uses 2" wide coloured tape to seal out any moisture, although he doesn't spell colour correctly :mrgreen:
