What do you guys and maybe gals, do about your medication in your preps.
I personally am asthmatic and my Inhalers will only last so long, but I'm changing the style so it will hold more of my medication, anyway enought of me.
What do you guys do? and also could you tell me how your conditions affect your preps, do they affect it in a drastic way or is it just underlying. My asthma makes long distance work and endurance a bit of a problem when I am having a bad episode.
Thanks for your information in advance and hope I'm not being to nosey.

Re: Medication
According to this thread, inhalers are more available over the counter at Asda

You could put in your repeat prescription request slightly earlier each month and that way you start to build up your stock.

Re: Medication
Thanks a lot will have a look at that, need a repeat prescription only got another 5 days left in my preventer. Should have at least 100 days if I change my inhaler, but the repeat persription thing is a good idea I shall bear that in mind.
Also how long have asda been doing inhalers without prescription?

I am asthmatic, but I have been researchong breathing techniques, and natural remedies. With good results I am pleased to say.

Re: Medication
I can naturally control my breathing I've been in situations where I haven't had my inhaler, that and have had to learn how to free dive.
