New prepper

Hey i live above Bingley in West Yorkshire on a small holding. I started prepping after watching a series i'm sure you all familial with on natgeo. I have started storing food and thinking about how i can gather it along with water. I also started thinking about how i can make heat since we all need it to survive. From there i have no moved into other things like building my own shed that i can store things in and build or repair things i need. I have joined this community to meet other people who perp and to gain more knowledge into what i need, how i can do it and generally just advise =)

I've just started prepping myself also after watching a few documentaries I have built a workshop/summer house in back garden this year so fortunately have somewhere to store a lot of things.. I brought a calor gas fire and I'm thinking about investing in another and getting some spare gas canisters you can buy these fires second hand quite cheap

Hi Tom. I'm just over the way in Halifax, welcome aboard from another newbie.
I would have loved a small holding. 2 purchases of small holdings fell through before we ended up buying where we are now, and now we're not in a financial position to move again now
