Yep - you've hit the nail on the head: religion and politics we try to avoid getting in too deep with, otherwise it ends up with people throwing their teddies out of the pram and a slanging match ensues, but definitely, absolutely and uneqiuvocally NO conspiracy theories!

Welcome to the site. Another Essex (Area 4) resident, excellent.
We as a whole, do not believe in the publicised 'End of the world as we know it' scenarios. We believe in, what is effectively, insurance.
There doesn't seem to be many of us in this area at the moment, but any like minded people are always welcome.

I did have a chuckle at your post. You must be the only new member recently that read all that stuff so wel done, I like you already!!What started you prepping and, if I could be so bold, why do you prep (if not for the mayan prohecy coming true
)?
