Hi all
Im currenlty building a house on a tractor trailor, its 7.5 meters long a abit under 3 meters wide. Im using angle iron for the frame and very thin planks of timber for the walls with felt and 1 inch insulation, ist only going to have 1 bedroom but am hoping to get a sofa bed for the downstairs compartment. If anyone every undertakes a project like this one let me no if you need tips/advice ect
ile add a few pics of where i am on the build, of course i can only do it when i have money!

Re: Log cabin project
Good luck =) I would build it off the ground tho using some pillers hammed into the ground then mount floor on top of that. Just keeps away rats and damp
Me all i am and all i want to be!
Re: Log cabin project
looks good. i really enjoyed seeing Kev McClouds project come together. I saw recently some pictures of old containers used to make a home, 2 bigguns and 1 littlun. it converted into 3 bedrooms, kitchen/lounge, and toilet/bathroom. If only i had the space and money and know how, it would be a great project to do.
