Hail from the North-East!

I will do a quick introductory, not one for long drawn out things.

I'm from "Up Norfff" (North-East). I'm a fairly straight talking bloke with a dry sense of humor, so if I offend anyone dont take it to heart. Not here to make any friends or meet up (you're all cannon fodder in my eyes, lol) but more looking for tips/reviews/opinions/ideas etc.

I have always been the outdoors type, always off camping no matter the weather etc. I wouldn't call my self a prepper as such more the outdoors/survival enthusiast. I'm not expecting any end of the world scenarios but I do reckon its extremely likely that global economies will collapse and we will see recent things in Greece happen all over the world.

Hi Eastside and welcome from the Westside,
LOL I wouldn't exactly say that we preppers are going to throw ourselves to the wolves if TSHTF , we just want to learn and educate ourselves so we have a better chance of survival, but mainly I think most of us just want to have some kind of physical insurance that we could survive a small disaster or loss of utilities, oil, gas water elecy, without to much struggle.
Its good to know you have a plan if anything does happen.
