Nope - I already have my place pretty well covered with covert 24hr recorded CCTV. The garage and house are also alarmed up with a wired Brittania system.

I have no wish to advertise the fact it's being used for this purpose. The best idea is to blend in and appear like any other garage.

Perhaps a sign might be helpful - ALL LOOTERS - THIS WAY TO THE EMERGENCY CONTROL CENTRE AND FOOD STORE!

My control centre is my workshop. Tools and spares. Fishing kit, outdoor kit,cycles,-and the rest.
I get it.

This type of refuge makes ultimate sense for hard bitten husbands around the land...

I always did like playing war (or cowboys and indians).

My late Father was a REAL shed man. When we moved here he told me to build the biggest I could afford. I did. Also make it near the house. I did. Not only does it hold my tools, bench, bicycles and fishing kit-it also has a fridge, freezer and tumble dryer.

Thanks Dad!
