Blimey it is big news.

I found out about it as the guy with the satelite car for Radio Sussex was looking for it and was tweeting about it!

I've got a funny feeling that the land is the bit most buyers would be interested in.

Mother Earth News is a great (American) resource, plenty of articles on homesteading etc
