Yep the first aider always has the least fun.

try doing it far a job...!! but good on you for doing the first aid.. we usually get the 999 call for it and usually stuff that they could have dealt with them selves

Hi,
Great list for walking/hiking//outside use. Just like to add that decent wellies are good, especially if your not going too far. Also the soles on walking/hiking boots will wear down quick on roads/urban environment.
