Thats my little pal. It's very basic and expect to coddle it for best results but it's a good little workhorse.

I've got that one. Very good for that price. Never had any problem to dehydrate anythin, from vegitables to fruets and meat (jerky).

so you have dried the food do you have to cook it in a special way :)

I also have this one but find it a bit temperamental, seems to run very warm and am constantly having to switch the trays around while dehydrating as it seems to be very uneven, although i have now started raising the bottom tray up on some kebab sticks and the air now seems to circulate better than before :)

I have the same problem. It takes a lot of coddling to get good results. So I presume the sticke go between the bottom tray and the base?

thats right brambles I put them across the bottom catchment tray and rest the trays on top it does seem to do the trick :D
