I don't know. I was just going by the instructions on the blog that MYLAR blankets are needed.

Oh well, after being off work sick since mid-November, it's back to work for me tomorrow. Which means back to the grind in scabby old London...

Just checked my EDC in my rucksack. Added the new handwarmers. Need to replace out-of-date Lucozade Alert shot. Other than that I'm all ready to go.

My preps have been fairly limited since xmas, but started sorting the rust on the camper van yesterday and today. Fortunately the living part is all ally so no rust there but the cab is starting to show its age.

Have quite a few little bits and pieces to add to the BOB that I have picked up over the last 6 weeks or so, but it means unpacking the BOB ....I know I should but I always keep finding other things to do to avoid it

Bit of printing, Laminated building plans for assorted green houses, a cold smoke shed, bee hives, dog kennels, poultry shed etc. Also laminated sheets of fod preservation, Smoking, Salt and keeping eggs. Bought 5 tin openers with my latest Morrisons Voucher and as told elsewhere tapped up a bloke for old chest freezers and fridge freezers.
