Does anyone know the dimensions of the uco candles they use in the original UCO lantern.
I've just bought a few without the candles and I want to use a cheaper candle as the UCO candles are stupid prices compared to other long time burning candles that are available to buy in bulk.
Cheers

This is what I'm looking at using with it, if its a similar width which I believe it is, ill just have to cut a tiny bit off the bottom of each candle.
I've already bought a couple of UCO tea light lanterns and 150 six hours tea lights for around the house I the lights go down!

Re: UCO candle alternatives
Hi the original size for the UCO candles is 30 x 90mm i think.. I've made a mould for mine from silicon bought from hobby craft.
I could never get 9hrs out of the originals though I found the anti insect candles kept gnats and mozzies away.

That's brill thank you, I searched so many sites looking for the dimensions but non had any info, the 16 hr candles I've linked to should be fine if I cut a couple of cm off the bottom which handily would then go in the tea light uco lanterns!!!90. wrote:Hi the original size for the UCO candles is 30 x 90mm i think..
