Help Harness making/leather work

Does anyone make their own horse harness I would like some info to make one for the mini shetland. I also need to repair an old one that I have. I would also like to know how to make a pack saddle for the mini as well if anyone knows how to make one.

For the cost , we buy zilco , webbing harnesses , easy to clean , easy to store , easy to make up new bits if something breaks, we have two sets of welsh section a , a cob set and a dales cross set, all parts interchangeable , have a look
