Hi Dean
I think you need to re-think your bag for a UK situation.
You are not going to need most of that for pretty much any situation that the UK is going to throw at you as a prepper.

Bug Out Bag
I'm with 12 you need to rethink your BOB the first thing that hit me was its to complicated or could become. And a 75L pack is in my eyes a bit on the large side.

Can you actually carry that on your back
Its supposed to last your 72 hours not start a new life in the woods, razors and shaving gel you must really hate beards.
Definitely do some more research into a Bug Out Bag its supposed to be a basic 72 hours loose all the comforts and make it so you can carry it
But i like your effort

A fellow young gun, welcome to the site
All the above must have cost a pretty penny.
You could really cut that down a great deal to the essentials. Go on a few solo wild camps (with permission of the land owner of course..) then you'll get a better idea of what you actually do need.

Re: Bug Out Bag
How quick and easy are the sandbags to fill/empty/put away?
How strong is the mosquito net? There's little reason for a bug net for a shelter with fire especially in the UK but if you're also planning to fish with it you need to make sure you're packing a strong one as many can be ripped very easily.
Have you tried going for hikes carrying all of that in your bag? Even if it's just going for a 2-3 hour walk to get a feel for it, set up as if for the night then take it down and put away.
Personally I think it's a lot but if you can manage it good for you.
But the less you carry, the faster you'll be and require less calories and water.

Re: Bug Out Bag
Thanks for all the comments and I will remove some items. My Bergen weights in at around 50-60lbs which I can easier carry for a couple of days. I plan to live in the wood in till the situation has died down and I personal think having a small bag with very minimal equipment isn't good; as the situation could last longer then 3 days. Take the London riots, that lasted a weeks and if this happened though out the UK then it could last weeks which a 72 hour kit could not support me or my partner (a keen outdoor man).
Re: Bug Out Bag
Id keep the mossy net but that cos Im a girl and can't stand insects
.
Wow that seem to be a long term bug out bag so Id have two a 72 hour bag for more realistic bug outs floods gas leaks and such where you would be moved to some where safe and it would make life a bit more comfatable and keep your long term bag some where easy to get to like the bottom of a cupboard so that if you need to bug out long term you can just grab it and go.

Re: Bug Out Bag
Hi
I'm new here but old lol
I apologise as the terminology bug out bag is new to me but the principals don't really change just I guess adapt ... I'm not sure if there are hard and fast rules as to how many hours its supposed to last etc and again I apologise if I step on anyones toes or say the wrong thing
... When I was younger I was in much the same position as you now....and its nice to know that I was and am not a 'crazy' and that others are as mad as I ... And new young people are setting out on a course of madness lol .....when I was younger I had the worlds biggggest bergan with pouches on my belt and everything from collapsible fishing rods to full NBC kits ....so I totally get it!!! But I have to agree with others that your BOB, or for me my go bag should be easy to keep with you ... But its maybe not as simple as that ..... I have a very small pouch with absolute basics in it and that is with me alllll the time then I have my go bag which I guess would see me OK for about a week ... Although I might be hungry lol .... And that I keep in the car so its always to hand its small enough that it really has little impact on my movement ie: how far I can walk in a day ... And perhaps more importantly how fast I can run! But then I have a much larger bergan at home with a much longer/more people survival provision in mind .....and then perhaps more importantly... And this is probably quite apt for you I have ...multiple bug out locations...'I'm getting to grips with new terminology!' And I have buried caches with more long term items and supplies! (Obviously with land owners permission!
)
I don't know if this helps but I have found loads of useful stuff on here so just in case anything does I will post my musings! Lol
One other thing and I'm sure its needless to say but I'm presuming the .22 stays locked away except when on route to legitimate places to use it? .....its an essential tool but your reliant on your licence ....
Its nice to see you have been on courses too ... I'm massively impressed by your prepps so far
I sometimes wonder if I give enough time to my own preparedness .... But such a busy world!
I wish my children shared the interest...but hope my influence...and enforced ownership of their own BOBs will be enough if the worst should happen ..... Let's just hope we never have to use any of this!
