Refurbished Jerry Containers

Post by Duckie »

I've found these on fleabay and they seem a good bargain. I'm just not sure about the pre-used aspect for storing water.

They say they go through a tri-stage cleaning process, but I'd like a second (or more) opinion(s) on them. What do you think? Would they be safe enough?

I couldn't see any where that says food grade.

My personal opinion is that if storing water to drink then look for food grade but if used for washing, toilet flushing etc then they look ok.

I'm sure someone else will have a different opinion. :)

Thanks Su. Yeah, might be an option just for washing water.
