It's cheaper doing it this way
Is that an 8-10 man tent for £540 plus flights, tax and excess baggage costs?

Planning to prepare is not preparing. If you've got money in abundance help others without it. If you don't have money READ! information can be more helpful than money in many instances and share what you learn.

Just a thought: in an emergency You can extend the chimney, use it in the kiitchen, smoke out via small window/chimney, need to install 2 carbon monoxide alarms in the room. Of course this is very dangerous and I guess aganist million rules and laws. Just a thought..

99p shop has 11 LED colapsing lanterns in and tinned strawberries in syrup. more 3 pack chem sticks and battery versions to go into the kit bags.
the paracord should be about 330lb as it has 4 strands not 7 in 550 cord

Looking at tents, narrowed it down to being either a Campmor Dome tent or a Bell Tent. Has anyone got experience of either?

DIY in the cupboard under the stairs for me, got to put some shelving in for more food etc preps around a gun cabinet which is on the way, it was two cupboards, Ive taken the divider out and I'm plastering the scar and painting it white, we have got a couple of 50L containers for the cat and dog food which tidies that up, just new/better shelving for the cola and squash type stuff that has always been in there, and more to utilize every scrap of space.
I have a strategy, it's not written in stone, nor can it be, this scenario has too many variables, everything about it depends on those variables, being specific is not possible.
