I have a couple of these not bad for a bit of fishing/camping. Gas is cheaper at other places like home bargains.
Cheap gas stove
Re: Cheap gas stove
I have one and some spare cannisters stored away.
A back up to a back up to a back up.

Two is one and one is none, but three is even better.
Re: Cheap gas stove
These are good bits of kit. Why? Because they are stable and take PROPER pans, not silly little camping things. We used two of them for three days when our super-duper squazillion quid range would not work. Those stoves did!
I have seen reviews and criticism of these, but we live in the real world, and these do the job imo.

Or if you're looking for bulk. Ebay (for example),these ones work out at just under 96p each delivered.bic1 wrote:Gas canisters for this stove 4 for £3.99 at B&M stores.
One point on the Bistro type stoves, make sure that the canister is properly engaged and that the seals are in good condition
I have seen someone mess up and having a stove spray burning liquid gas across dry grass was slightly worrying..... The person who did it nearly decided to leave the event early, fortunately the guy in the next tent had a large CO2 extinguisher on hand

Re: Cheap gas stove
I've got three gas stoves that all use different canisters, I've got a petrol burner, a paraffin stove and alcohol stoves aplenty.... Not to mention solid fuels like Hexi and wood and the big reusable butane cylinder twin-burner with grill camping type stove
This all means I can burn pretty much any common fuel
But, I don't have one of these.......Yet
