Can anyone suggest where to buy these products in bigger size, package, pls? Any info welcome! Thx.

Hi

For the milk - your local wholesaler will probably stock it. I use Hyperama and they have good size bags of the stuff.

For eggs i'm not sure where to find them in bulk......but I think I read about making your own by cooking scrambled eggs, then putting it in a dehumidifier, then in Mylar with oxygen absorbers. Bit of a game, but......

Search for dried egg. On tinterweb.. picked some up last year in kulo bags or bigger. Good service and promp delivery. Will look out details tonite.....dried egg company??? Maybe

I guess it depends no what you want to use it for. If it is as an ingredient, you can buy egg replacer that is soya based and it can be added to your baking. H+B does it. Its quite good and is great for pancake mixtures and pancakes are good flatbreads / afters to know how to make.
