I do believe that is illegal in the UK:

banned knives include: sword canes, push daggers, butterfly (balisong knives), throwing stars, knives that can defeat metal detectors, and knives disguised as other objects,
Two is one and one is none, but three is even better.

Interesting to debate that....... It is a sub-three inch slip-joint and as such could be EDC without "Good Reason", however due to the shape of the casing 'someone' could argue that it is a disguised weapon.

Personally, I don't want to help set a Precedent as being banged up is not high on my list of fun things to do before I'm 50..... So I'll pass

As far as prepping goes, I have a ResQme and a little screwdriver for fixing spectacles on my keyring, oh and a little LED light, and I'm happy with that. I'd never put anything illegal on my keyring, or have it in the house, actually, but it looks very cool, I admit, illegal or not

ETA - I have a whistle too; the mix of the orange whistle and the pink ResQme is very fetching

Shame, It does seem mad that its ok to have a mini knife on your key ring as long as its not disguised!

I have a Spyderco Bug on my key ring. Really use full. Ideal for getting toys out of there packaging!

I have the Swiss Tech Utili-key gadget on my keyring, it has a short length of blade along with other features. It looks vaguely key-like, but I don't think it could be called disguised as a key.

This looks very very similar to the Res-Q-Me but with the addition of an led.
