Me neither! And making a butter like this would be a great way to ensure eating a cross section of nuts.

After reading this its inspired me to make some myself. Just made some pecan and almond nut butter, didn't roast the nuts first and it took about 10 minutes of blending to get a reasonably smooth texture. Tastes bloody good!
