it looks good and would maybe be a good idea if the SHTF.

also i find the video a little strange in places when he repeatedly strikes it with a knife, is it me or if the plate can withstand blows from a reasonably powerful cross bow then a knife isnt going to do much but scratch the metal plate, as well as breaking the first knife which he tried to use to inflict such blows to the makeshift plate.

I was too busy watching him handle a knife wrong, who stabs with the blade aligned into the palm of their hand? If his grip loosens even slightly he'll slash himself. I've seen it happen (after warning the guy, which made it funny).

Although I do like the idea, more so after seeing the price of the saws.

Its not a bad idea really.... beats a £250 set of body armour. I'd rather have his saw vest than nothing at all though!

i think i`ll stick with my shop bought tried and tested one . granted not as cheap but i `d put more trust in it .

Those ricocheting arrows looked a bit meaty. How about getting him to wear one of his own hand made vests whilst test firing with xbow bolts at VERY close range!? :D

Interesting....And I thought my brigandine made from old computer cases was off the wall

Mines better for BFT though

hahaha i would love to see that myself and the way he handle that bladed oh my god surprised u didn't cut himself
