I'm John Mat. I live in Northumberland and have been a member on the forum but did not post apparently for 9 months. I come on regularly to read and will try to contribute more than I have before..... Been prepping since 2000 and before but I'm like Dory in the cartoon "finding nemo" for those who have seen it. I have what I would call a disability in organising(linked partly with short term memory issues). My wife is much like me, so we trudge on trying to persist with prepping. If we could kidnap someone with organising skills...we'd be amazing!
We moved to the sticks, which has been for prepping and it has been fun too. We have been learning slowly about plants which we can eat or use for other purposes, but continue to rotate supplies which should last over a year. Our focus for prepping is to bug in but have some travelling preps too. We see the greatest threat as economic decline/crash and the consequences.
