I'm looking at using it as a man cave with mostly off grid, power for lights and CCTV and possible apple products, also are the charging stoves any good so I can enjoy luxuries when off on adventures

Sounds like a good start. Is the surrounding area secure? Is it hidden? Can you get out quick if need be? Is it close to home?
