When it comes to prepping there are LOADS of shops to help you stock up on stores and equipment. At this time of year try camping shops and even your local supermarket camping equipment, IF they still have any left its usually cheaper in the winter time to get rid of it as no one is using it. Depends what your looking for really?

A bit far to go shopping if you had been closer to Bishop Auckland I know a shop that sells catering size tins of food from time to time, I drop in now and then and last time I was there I stocked up on 1.5 kilo tinned meat for 5 or 6 quid ,a gallon of vinegar 2 quid stuff like that its hit or miss whats going to be in.
