Hi

Post by sappertapper »

Just starting to take prepping life seriously, my family is getting bigger and I don't just have to provide for myself any more. In the past I would just grab and go, use my witt's and knowledge to get me through, any kind of situation really. Now its a whole new ball game, grabbing and going just isnt an easy option. Too many defenceless little ones to keep safe.

Im not convinced of any major meltdowns or zombies on the horizon, but I do need to be in control when the lights go out. Ive always enjoyed planning and being organised some might say just a typical Capricorn.

Ex Royal Engineers and still miss it a little, especially P4 and det cord. :D

Ive got the basics prepped 1 months supply of food per person, but we would struggle if the power went down. Got a long way to go, but really looking forward to it.

Just had to do a quick inventory on wet stock, 24 bottles of water and only 48 bottles of beer. Got a very long way to go. :D
