mmmmMMMm
Ok well Im prepping for basically the collapse of the grid or end of the world as we know it.
Be it a war/nuke, solar flares, virus outbreak and so on.
TO be honest I am not too worried about stores of food and so on.
My main aim is to go initially foraging be it rabbits which are so abundant or fish.
I will then look into growing fresh produce be that from hydroponics or if possible outside.
The reason I have not put too much effort into stores is I really dont think it is worth the effort. Obviously basics as in rice and some tins I do have.
I believe its much better to forage. If you look into it, there is so much in the uk countryside to be eaten.
In my veiw if you got stores it holds u too much to the place u are.
You become too dependant on them and this in turn makes it more likely it will cost u your life be it trying to defend your stores or not being prepared for when they run out. If you foraging from the start you have full energy reserves so can afford to expend energy getting to learn where things are. This then gives you head start for when everyone else runs out of stores.
Basically my aim is to relocate into somewhere in the country.
Get hold of some sheep cows and so on.
Plant crops and live like that.
I have no human dependents

I got a Rottweiller called Bella and 20 or so chickens.
I live in a small village called Denton in Northamptonshire.
