Hi all,
OK so I have made some major headway in our prepping.
I am going to post here the info of what I have and will be adding to the prep we have going.
To start. Here is a bit of background to set the scene.
I was born and raised in the Midwest in the US. So a bit of a country bumkin or redneck here.
Joined the Army at 17 as an Airborne Infantryman. Did 20 years as such. Served in many different unites and places. This gave me a unique view of the world. 1 year on the DMZ in Korea. 4 years in Panama. 1.5 years in Louisiana. 3 years Kentucky. 10 years Georgia.
Got lots of knowledge. I will share.

I take it you have signed up to this companys Affiliate program by which you make money yourself for getting people to link to its website.
As such I will view your "good stuff" recomendation & any future links with a degree of caution if you dont mind.

Wow... Now I did not expect a response Like that.
I posted a link to a prep item that we found that we have purchased and found through use to be a good thing.
Thank you for reminding me of the fact that the prepped community has it's fair share of people that do not have a community spirit.
Short answer is.... Mods please close this thread.
Don't think this old infantryman feels like sharing anymore.
Mods... Please delete my account.

I didn't know of that site so thank you for sharing the link.
Personally it doesn't bother me if you earn some extra pennies by 'advertising' the link. As preppers we are always looking at ways to make a little extra on the side!
We should also be savvy enough to shop around before purchasing any items so that site may not be the cheapest.
Unfortunately we do have some members who have not yet settled into the idea of this forum community. I hope that they take stock and think about what they post or, failing that, up and leave.
Please reconsider your decision. But if you stand by it please PM me and I'll do the necessary.

let me set the record straight. I am and will never be commercially connected to any organisation that I post a link to.
now for the rest.
I spent 20 years of my life defending my nation. My honor means a great deal to me. I spent 4 years in hostile areas of the world. I will not stand for being flamed by anyone.
PM will be sent to delete my account.
Sorry that you feel that way.
