With a little more organising we helped keep rotating the store better but also came across a problem. Perhaps some of you have found this out? We use salt to draw water out of the air to keep humidity down(and for its many other uses later on). However some was knocked and sprinkled onto some tins. When moving them we noticed the tiny grains had drips on them, ie. they were doing there job but causing rust on tins we were seeking to keep dry! So, yes salt, but next time we will keep the salt carefully separated!
