Hello and welcome. You are fogtunate in your location as you are able to take your kit out in the woods etc, camp out play with your kit and practice learning t make fire. In the rest of UK except Dartmouth its basically illegal...

Yeah krisward got easy access to the countryside definitely a positive of being up here, would mind if it was slightly warmer though but learning to start a fire without modern comforts (lighter etc) is something I'm going to have to learn, wish I'd payed more attention in the scouts now!!
