yeah that sounds about right, I also bring a small solar cell and a CR2032 battery charger with a few spares just in case.
I picked up a tiny charger and 10 lithium 2032's on an well known auction site a while back for about £5

Not for Bug out, but when I'm out on the hills alone (or flying) I carry a Kannad PLB that has a strobe built in, for bug out I am more likely to be in stealth mode for the most part, but most decent modern LED torches have a very good strobe and I allways have one of them to hand
I have one of the below hooked on to some rear molle straps for walking at night it has 5 modes, bright and the batteries last for about 12 hours on turned on, its only a quid. it does a solid job for the purpose intended. the plastic is a bit weak so I have a spare.
