To be fair Nick, I am a bit of a networker. It ain't what you know, but who. I always return favours and good deeds. I don't like freeloaders to be honest. I also like to get the job done and make things happen.
I had a phone call from my builder friend this morning asking if I could use some 3foot slabs and 100 blue bricks. Me and the Duchess are off down to the local for early doors to clinch the deal with him. I reckon that load of masonry will cost me 4 pints of Black Sheep bitter!
