We would be very interested too, long trek from cornwall, but we want to get back up there for a long overdue visit.
It would depend on when it was quite a bit though.
Either way though, very kind offer.

Hey Redskies,

Thanks for that. How about things that happen outside, cured outside. Such as being stung by nettles and finding a doc leaf (i still doubt this one FYI) headaches, small grazes or cuts. Anything massively helpful that we would normally overlook like if your bleeding badly look for an oak tree which attracts a certain very absorbent type of moss? Anything man made that could be used for our urban preppers like due to council run parks being so well managed you will find much more.....tulips....these can be used for....etc ect.

I may be talking a load of waffle but i hope you understand where i am at least trying to come from.

I do indeed. And dock leaves do work :P

I've been pulling everything together and have divided things into several categories, such as astringent, anti inflammatory, emetic etc. I work on a 'use what's around you' principle, which means readjusting back to where I was before we moved here - the local flora are rather different!

Rather than print out what looks to be quite a lot of information, I'd like to email it to everyone, then folk can print it or just take notes, whatever is easiest. I'm trying to condense it down, but I don't want to skim over stuff that's useful!
