The first two bags are what my girlfriend and I carry when wild camping in Brecon or highlands there's no food pictured as we add that when going and we don't use mres or anything. The last bag is my medical kit all this stuff has been practiced with. general stuff good base layers spare boxers and socks two lighter weight 600 gram sleeping bag three k tent knives are kershaw camp 10 and a mora heavy duty carbon and a cold steel peacekeeper two. Pretty extensive first aid kit assorted torches small solar radio stuff for a brew and a hex amine stove and one litre water bottle not pictured. Bag is a Tasmanian tiger pathfinder best bag I've ever had carried this for thirty miles in the Brecon Beacons with food and some bottles of spirits and other luxuries last week with no issues. Gortex army surplus Dpm jacket and trousers cheap and do the job going to get some better ones though. Stuff at the front with the sweets goes in the front pouches on the bag. Tarp and paracord etc
Second bag is what my gf carries, mess tins, chilies salt pepper trangia hard anodised her own clothes and food she also carries torches batteries and first aid kit.
Bag is a cheap mil tec does the job until i find a cheap 5.11 she's got a pink mora and various other woman stuff that she brings. Also a emergency shelter and waterproofs.
Third bag is my trauma kit. It's pretty advanced bag is another Tasmanian tiger first responder
There's pretty much a full paramedic kit here got a small O2 bottle that fits inside the bag fair range of drugs, antibiotics etc. This bag is for when shit really goes off.
And finally for protection some body armour.
A covert plate carrier level three with sapi plates. Osprey mk 4 with sapi plates and side plates and some old combat armour.
If it gets this bag were pretty screwed ha

Re: My different bug out bags and pictures
I was a little worried about some of your med kit....... Then I remembered who you are .
There some good stuff there, any idea of weight?
Did I miss your water carriers?

My different bug out bags and pictures
The main back pack weight with food any everything that's in the pick was roughly 24kg there's one 10 litre collapsible one in the pic and two litre aluminium ones that I forgot to put in the picture I've ordered a solar charger and two 10000 mah batteries and need to add a multitool

Re: My different bug out bags and pictures
Looks pretty good I'd love to be that well equipped to bug in yet to bug out with all the other things I'd want to have with me, top of my list would be two Sherpas and a Donkey.
I have a strategy, it's not written in stone, nor can it be, this scenario has too many variables, everything about it depends on those variables, being specific is not possible.

The first two bags are fully carry able my girlfriend and I did thirty miles over three days messing around in the Brecon Beacons last bank Holliday we are going again this Friday. We had a few luxuries as well like a litre of jd and a litre of vodka and some mixers. I would be happy to do twenty miles a day with the set up above and food and fuel for the trangia no issue. We only carry a litre of water each on us and refill wherever and whenever we can this cuts down on lots of weight. We either boil the water or use oasis purification tabs. Even have a little poaching rod and reel managed to get a rabbit I'm a snare last time and three brown trout over the weekend which supplemented the things we brought with it. Also not in the picture is a 250gm bag of powdered milk. We also make our own energy bars from seed and nut and fruit and honey with a bit of chocolate eight bars equals about 12k calories and loads of protein (approx 20grams a 100 gram bar if not a bit more I'll check the figures we worked out.

Re: BOB & Trauma Kit with Photos
Those are some really nice bags and love most of the kit. I still say tone your med kit down a bit. The weight of the incubation and O2 is wasted. I would get ride of them and invest in more bandages, glue and steri-strips. Outside of that, I've got a bit of kit envy.

Very nice post thanks
I too would query the intubation kit, even if your skill level and skill maintenance is good I would doubt how it might help if the SHTF? I use iGels at work but would not carry them in my personal kit.
Those Mil Tec bags are great, I use one every day and find it just the right size.
