Only just! It's crammed full right now.

There has been lots of speculation that the bag I'm using might not be 30l as advertised.

I'm curious about the Glucagon? Are you diabetic or have someone with you that is? It seems like a lot of fuss with keeping it in date for someone who might be having a hypo. the dextrose tabs i totally see and even carrying hypostop gel is good (it works in the unconsious patient as well, but take a very long time).

The rest of the bag looks really good. I found several things I was missing.

Please don't be offended by my comments. It's just my alternative view on your list.

2 x Firestikers Only one needed
1 x Whistle
2 x Bivvi Poles Ditch these, make your own on location
1 x Wire Cutters (drop these?) Yes
2 x LED Torches Ditch one torch
1 x Mora 511 Knife
1 x Gerber Solstice Scarab Multitool
1 x Lighter
1 x 15m (50ft. approx) 550 Paracord
1 x Pair EMT Shears Ditch these, use the Scarab for cutting

Clipped on outside - Czech M10M Gas Mask (Overkill? LOL) Yes :)

Back Pocket

1 x Anglo Arms Block Axe in sheath
1 x Camo Tarp - (1.8 x 2.8m)

Front Top Pocket

1 x Wind-up Radio w/torch
2 x Packs of Dextrose tables
1 x Pack Double-edge razor blades

Front Bottom Pocket

1 x Home-made FAK (well stocked)
5 x 20ml Saline Eye Wash Pods Ditch 3 of these
3 x Pairs Ear Plugs How many ears have you got? :)

2 x Pairs Bootlaces Ditch these, use paracord in the unlikely chance of breaking a bootlace
1 x Pack Andrex wet wipes
3 x 3m Coils of Steel Wire (for snares etc.)
1 x Small Roll Duct Tape Takes up less space if not on a roll
2 x Lighters Two Bic lighters are more than enough and you already have one packed separately
1 x Washkit w/double edge razor Shaving oil?
2 x Insulin Pens (preloaded with Insulin) also includes spare Insulin and 4xNeedles Kept in fridge and you have to grab them? If so put a tag on your bag as a reminder

1 x Silva Type 4 Map Compass
3 x Maps of Area - (Yorkshire & Lincs.) 1 rod map & 2 Explorers

1 x FineNet Washing bag
USB stick with scans of all your important documents

2 x Flapjacks
2 x Packs Trailmix
3 x Tins Sardines
3 x Beef OXO Cubes
3 x Oatmeal sachets

1 x One Man tent (lightweight)
1 x Blacks 3-Season Mummy sleep bag
1 x Blacks Self Inflating Ground Mat

My prepping consists of bugging out by bicycle so any comments are likely to be based on that scenario.
