A great portable water filter

Post by iamliberty »

I really would feel uneasy if I didnt have a great portable water filter. I personally enjoy the katadyn model called the hiker. Its small and fits well in a go bag. Lets be honest it may not always be in your best interest to take a giant pot or bucket to water source and lug it back to your camp or home. I would really recomend having something that can be portable. Check out a few.

Have a look at the Sawyer Mini's, they go on and on and on and on for ever, excellent filtration spec's, simpler in design (less to break/go wrong) and far cheaper.

Just looked this item up and added to my wish list, thank you Devonian.
