Hi there,
I'm new to prepping and thought I'd sign up here for some tips and ideas. Although new to prepping I have always enjoyed camping and as such I've always had a tent, rucksack, stove, and various other things ready to go at the drop of an hat so I guess I've been inadvertently halfway there to being a prepper without knowing.
I've decided to prep because of the potential financial collapse/and possible fuel crisis, but I guess being prepared will come in handy for many other situations as well.
I signed up after looking around for tips and ideas and stumbling across uk-preppers and thought it might be good to meet some like minded people local to me and possibly arrange the occasional overnight bug out camp. Just for a bit of escape from the hum and drum of life, social network with other preppers, swap ideas, teach each other skills etc.
Looking forward to getting stuck into it and getting to know you all better, you seem like a good bunch of folk around here.
Greetings from East Yorkshire.

Welcome, good to see you here
