i live in a rented place,an old farmhouse,comprising of 28 acres of land,an old barn and 5 old stables,

Wow that must be fantastic, would love the space and cover you seem to have. Was thinking of buying land as I'm a joiner/locksmith been in building trade and maintenance, good luck with it.
